Operating as a Flexitalent service within the Farnek Group, ClearPass handles the administrative and compliance work behind a UAE workforce: WPS-compliant monthly payroll and SIF generation, end-of-service settlements, employment and work visa processing across MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel and Amer, trade licence management, government registrations, document attestation and Emiratisation support.
