I am the editor of Zmist

Media ZMIST is an independent publishing house in Poltava, which is the foundation and voice of the civil society of our city.

We want to tell about our project because we consider it unique and innovative in the Ukrainian local media market. This is ZMIST (Poltava) - an independent online media outlet with its own crowdfunding platform which has become not only a source of information but also a tool of the civil society to influence the development of the city: the tool for democracy, protection of freedom of speech, respect for human rights and fight against corruption. 

Our mission is to expand our audience and inspire people to make a difference for the sake of the development of communities, to fight for the attention of the active part of society and to benefit it.

For what projects/services did your company hire Clapkey LLC?

Our company has several projects with Clapkey LLC, but it`s the biggest one. Firstly, we hire guys from Clapkey for IT- Consulting, but after that it turned into an ongoing collaboration. I`m always assured in result

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for IT-Consult and these guys were recommended to us. After the first meeting, they captured our hearts with their competence and understanding of the matter

I can't say everything the guys did for this project because it felt like magic to us. We had huge problems with constant DDOs attacks ( and not only with them). Our resource was constantly falling and could not convey the necessary information to society. The guys at Clapkey fixed it.

We had PM, 2 engineer`s. Also, the CEO was constantly in touch with us

We haven't seen a drop in service since the guys finished tinkering with it

We had 100% interaction - we became almost a family at some point

And what can you say that is unique about sorcerers? You're really telling them - wow you guys, we've got some real issues going on here. And they say - now we will do it, and they do. And you realize that you panicked in vain. Isn't it unique?
