CJA Consulting is a strategic advisory practice working with professional services leaders and founder or partner-led businesses where growth has stalled or become harder rather than easier.

Clients are not lacking ideas, effort or ambition. They are stuck because they are deeply involved in the day-to-day, decision making is overloaded at the top, and there is no protected space to think clearly. As a result, growth slows, stalls or becomes harder to sustain.

We help leaders step out of the day-to-day, identify the real constraints holding growth back, prioritise clearly and decide what to focus on and what to stop. The value we provide is clarity, focus and decision quality, not execution.

The work is advisory, judgement-led and upstream of execution. CJA Consulting does not operate as an agency or delivery partner. Where implementation is required, it is carried out by the client's internal team or external specialists engaged by the client.

We primarily work with professional services leaders and founder or partner-led businesses, including law firms, accountancy and tax practices, corporate services providers and consultancies. Clients typically have between five and 150 people. We are headquartered in the UAE and work with clients across the UAE and wider MENA region, as well as in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and established African markets.
