CityCore Builders is a licensed New York City general contractor and renovation
company based in Rego Park, Queens, operating as Impact General Contractors Corp
under NYC DCWP Home Improvement Contractor license 2135222. We serve homeowners,
co-op and condo owners, landlords, and commercial tenants across Queens,
Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Our work covers kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, basement finishing and
basement legalization, attic conversions, garage and ADU conversions, home
additions, dormers and second-story additions, structural remodeling and
load-bearing wall removal, waterproofing and foundation repair, roofing, siding,
window and door replacement, masonry, stoops, brickwork, repointing, decks,
patios, driveways, pavers, concrete, sidewalks, and parapet walls. We also handle
commercial buildouts, office renovations, retail construction, restaurant
buildouts, and storefront and facade work.

Department of Buildings filings are managed in-house, including ALT-1 and ALT-2
applications, Landmarks Preservation Commission approvals, zoning analysis, DOB
and ECB violation removal, and Local Law 11 and Local Law 126 compliance.
