What I found most impressive about Cisco was their deep expertise and commitment to delivering customized solutions. Additionally, their proactive communication and willingness to adapt to our evolving needs throughout the project demonstrated a high level of customer dedication. Cisco’s comprehensive post-implementation support, including training and ongoing maintenance, further reinforced their commitment to ensuring long-term success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cisco could have done differently?

While Cisco's overall performance was excellent, one area for improvement could be in the initial response time during the early stages of the project. Although they eventually addressed all our concerns, some delays in the initial consultation and design phases could have been avoided with quicker engagement. Additionally, a more detailed roadmap with clearer timelines for each milestone would have helped set clearer expectations from the start. Despite these minor delays, their flexibility and ultimate delivery exceeded expectations, but a more streamlined kickoff process could have improved overall efficiency.
