High school friends, Connie & Tracy, had always dreamed of opening up a business together after graduating college with degrees in accounting, but that wasn’t possible at the time. Years later, during the 2020 global pandemic, they finally had time to think about how that dream could become a reality, and furthermore, how they could obtain the work life balance they knew was possible but had never experienced. At her previous job working at a local Colorado Springs hospital, Tracy had met Colette who was excellent at project management, and knew she’d be the perfect addition to the team. The three hit it off and became fast friends! Now, they get to work their dream job helping small and mid-sized companies in the healthcare, not-for-profit, and other unique industries transform their companies and set themselves up for success!

As the idea for the new business grew, the trio knew they wanted a name that represented who they wanted to be: strong women who overcame their circumstances to create lives they love. The story of the Greek goddess, Circe, was the perfect tale that encompassed exactly that. A goddess of great power, knowledge, and strength, she turned her enemies into animals and was to be greatly respected. Circe Solutions aims to do similarly by taking any challenge their clients' are up against and facing it head on!
