Our Story

Ciclup started in Fortaleza in 2015 doing design and social media, and grew into a full acquisition operation: paid media on Google and Meta, social media, and websites. The team is ten people. We do not sell channels in isolation. Every account starts with a diagnosis and tracking setup, so the monthly report shows cost per lead and revenue, not reach. We also build our own tools, such as CiclupFlow, a WhatsApp automation running on the Meta Cloud API.

What Sets Us Apart

Tracking before campaigns

No account goes live until conversions, events and the CRM handoff are measuring correctly. It costs a week at the start and it is the reason the monthly report can show cost per lead and closed revenue instead of impressions.

Three services, one operation

Paid media, social and the website are run by the same team, on the same plan. The ad points to a page we built, the page speaks in the voice the social feed established, and nobody blames another supplier when a number moves.

We build our own software

CiclupFlow is our WhatsApp automation, built on the Meta Cloud API, which we run for clients who lose leads between the ad and the first reply. Being a Meta Technology Provider gives us API access a standard account does not have.

Paid media management starts at R$ 1,000 per month, which is roughly US$ 180, and does not include the ad budget you pay to Google or Meta. Social media management and websites are quoted per project after a diagnosis call, because the volume of content or the number of pages changes the number. We do not charge a setup fee separately: the diagnosis and the tracking setup are part of the first month.

No. Ciclup is based in Fortaleza and a good share of the work is local, but the accounts are run remotely and clients elsewhere in Brazil are normal. We have also worked on projects for national and international brands, including Universal Music, Hard Rock Hotel, Fraport, Pernod Ricard and Colombina. Meetings happen in Portuguese by video, and reporting is monthly.

Three steps before any campaign runs. First a diagnosis: we look at what is already selling, what the current account or profile is doing, and where the leads are being lost. Second, tracking: conversions, events and the handoff to whatever the client uses to answer leads, so the numbers are trustworthy from day one. Third, the plan and the calendar, approved by the client. Campaigns go live in week two or three, not on day one, and we say so upfront.
