Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Initially, we needed to create a SaaS application that would allow us to optimize pricing rules and integrate publishers to view their associated data. After several meetings with the Chubut IT team, we designed, developed and implemented the first MVP that included smart pricing rules for ad revenue optimization. From this, a new idea emerged: to create a platform where integrated publishers could self-manage their AdUnits within Google AdManager and view their performance metrics all within the same platform. 

Today, our publishers can log in to AdBumps, verify pricing rules, self-manage their AdUnits, and view metrics that replicate Ad Manager data in real time, making it an unmatched aggregate for integrated publishers. Thanks to Chubut IT, we have both tools implemented and running.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to AdBump’s SaaS application developed by Chubut IT, we now have 230 integrated publishers who can log in to the platform to self-manage their AdUnits, export and download weekly and monthly performance reports on revenue, CPM, impressions, and other Google Ad Manager insights, and create their own assets and tags without having to go through our management team or the AdBumps integration team. This allows us to optimize management times under an agile work scheme.

Our experience working with Chubut was enriching, as they demonstrated an agile, flexible, and adaptable work methodology. What we liked most about working with Chubut was their ability to adapt and quickly respond to AdBumps' direct needs. We started with an initial idea for an MVP, which transformed into AdBump’s platform that we know today. Chubut completely custom-developed the platform. 

During the project, Chubut gave us the space and freedom to meet our needs, and they had the ability to adapt to changes, follow up, and communicate effectively with our teams. We noticed that Chubut was excellent at following up and generating spaces for communication between their developers and the AdBumps team. Something that impressed us was Chubut's attention to detail. We had weekly meetings to discuss product feedback. Every time they moved forward with a feature, they showed it to us and asked for feedback so that we could identify and make improvements. 

The planning was a little intense at the beginning because we were trying to capture everything we wanted. Chubut helped us put our ideas down on paper and we organized ourselves to create a work calendar. As the weeks went by, they presented us with news and priorities, which we could adapt as needed. When we tested with publishers, we made the necessary iterations in record time and developed changes immediately as they arose. Whenever we raised feedback, Chubut proposed solutions in response

We are very satisfied with Chubut IT's work. The project was a complete success, and we are currently continuing to work with them on new stages of the product.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired a dedicated team of developers from Chubut IT to help us design and implement our SaaS platform. We had an in-house data science team, but we lacked a team with the web development and UX design expertise needed to create an innovative ad tech product that can be difficult to understand for first-time users.

In addition, onboarding new clients was challenging because each company has different providers and often has custom metrics and indicators. We had to develop an integration platform that allowed us to onboard clients quickly while being flexible enough to adapt to their workflows. 

Smart Channel uses machine learning algorithms to predict and improve media investments for companies. Chubut IT developed the solution to get historical data from clients, run the algorithms, and show the results in different dashboards and charts. 

The developed application also allows clients to track current campaign results and compare them to the calculated predictions. Chubut IT's team designed, coded, and implemented the application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We completed our MVP on time and on budget, and we managed to have our first demos with customers within the estimated timetable. The project is now live, and our first customer onboarding was a success.

Both our Data team and Chubut's Dev team worked as one since day one. We shared daily meetings and the same sprints, so it was like having an on-demand, plug-and-play development team from the start.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge of the AdTech industry was remarkable, we wasted no time in training the developers and had a truly short learning curve before being 100% productive. Since day one, they have helped us improve our product with great ideas and valuable experience brought from several other projects. We lacked some knowledge about product development best practices and Chubut helped us fill that gap.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Chubut IT could have done differently?

Overall, we had a very fulfilling experience working with Chubut IT. Sure, there is always room for improvement, but the project was a complete success and as of now, we continue working with them in the new stages of the product.
