christopher consultants, ltd.(christopher) was founded in 1982 and is a full-service civil engineering, land planning, surveying, and landscape architecture firm. The firm is organized as a corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is designated a Small Business Enterprise by the Commonwealth's Department of Minority Business Enterprises. The firm's work is organized into divisions, each of which services a separate discipline within the company. These divisions include:

- Public Division (Universities, Federal, Local Service Authorities, Parks, Counties, Cities, Towns) - Land Development Division - Surveying Division - Special Services Division (Planning, Environmental, Forensic Engineering, Expert Witness Testimony) - Corporate Services Division (Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Business Development)

Philosophy

Our project management structure is organized so that once a project manager is assigned to a project that project manager is with that project from its inception to its completion, ensuring continuity, punctuality, direct responsibility and client satisfaction.
