Please describe your company and your position there.

I was media coordinator of the NGO Ukrainian Volunteer Service. It’s a nonprofit organization aiming to develop a voluntary movement in Ukraine.

We needed a website for our organization.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a site where visitors could get acquainted with the organization’s activities and projects. We also needed to create sign-up forms for volunteers.

We got recommendations from other people who had cooperated with Chipmunk Design Studio. Then we reviewed their other works and made a decision.

They created all of the site pages and their design, using our photos and texts.

What was the team composition?

Their team consisted of two people whom we were in contact with, a designer and a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website helped us to onboard new people through the integrated sign-up forms.

They could always work faster, but overall, we’re very satisfied.
