Choice Dakin provides outplacement, career transition and executive coaching services to organisations across Australia managing restructures, redundancies and workforce change.
Formed from the merger of Choice Career Services and Dakin Partners, we are Australian-owned and operate nationally, with clients ranging from ASX-listed corporates to state and federal government agencies.
Our services include executive outplacement, career transition support at all levels, our Full Circle re-employment platform, strategic change planning, executive and leadership coaching, and organisational wellbeing programs. As the Australian and New Zealand partner of OI Global Partners, we also deliver support internationally for clients with global workforces.
We've supported more than 10,000 employees through career transitions across 20+ sectors, including infrastructure, government, healthcare and manufacturing, with programs that can mobilise within 24 to 48 hours.

Choice Dakin formed in 2025 through the merger of Choice Australia and Dakin Partners, led by Damian Menzies and Peter Dakin with over five decades of combined experience guiding organisations through change.
