Chlaad was approached to provide insight into the Thai financial services industry for a Banking client of ours who was looking at various options to set up an office in the Asia and Pacific region. Chlaad provided a timeline for research work, recommendations on the benefits and considerations and a delivery plan to achieve optimal set up in Thailand.

Chlaad then worked on the research and presented very detailed high level points for consideration and the let factors to achiving success. A delivery plan detailed out key milestones in setting up a branch office for our client.
