What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before Chief Internet Marketer helped us implement SharpSpring and our new website, we had a series of static pages that couldn’t bring in leads, and we advertised exclusively through word-of-mouth. We typically got about one lead a week. We get more leads in a day than we used to get in an average month before working with them.
The difference that their expertise combined with my marketing efforts has made in our company has been absolutely transformational. We have increased our business to the point where the website rebuilds became necessary because we outgrew all of the functionalities that we were able to implement ourselves.
How did Chief Internet Marketer perform from a project management standpoint?
Jeff has been very hands-on throughout all of our work with him, which I really appreciate. He never lets a long time go by without checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. Even now, they have offered to continue their work for us and worry about the payments later, which is a real testament to the fact that they always put our happiness and success first.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team has such a great working relationship. It’s clear that they are always on the same page and work really well together, so I never feel like I have to keep going around in circles to get something done. They make sure that between the two of them, they accomplish everything I ask for and provide whatever we need without having to ask us for clarifications over and over.
One particular time that speaks volumes about their priorities and attitude as a business was their involvement in my marketing certification class. Jeff came across a class that he thought I could benefit from, and rather than focusing on the services he wants to provide, he helped me get a discounted rate on the class so that I could develop in my role professionally as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
If I thought there was anything they needed to improve, I probably wouldn’t still be working with them. Everything has been great since day one.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Take on as much as you can on your end and let them be the experts who can guide you in making the best decisions for your particular situation. I think they are best situated as strategic advisors for you.
