Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of marketing for 1547 Critical Systems Realty. We develop, own, and operate highly interconnected data centers across North America, including carrier hotels and connectivity hubs for mission-critical solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Chasing Creative to accomplish for your data center marketing initiatives?

We first hired Chasing Creative to get new videos of each of our data center properties along with executive interviews. We now leverage Chasing Creative for monthly videos for social media and our website. We also have continued to use them for one-off projects like event photography and videography. The goal for all of this is to enhance our content strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chasing Creative handles all the videography, video editing, and voiceover work for our video projects. Deliverables are final videos in multiple formats for different use cases. They’ve done a mix of property tours, interviews, and event coverage for us.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Chasing Creative.

How did you come to work with Chasing Creative?

We were actually doing a case study video for a client of theirs, which is how I connected with Blake (Founder & CEO) and started working with them once we needed video work done. Pricing fits our budget, and they’re a great culture fit. We get good value for the cost and really enjoy working with Blake and the team.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since starting with Chasing Creative, we’ve done over 20 high-quality, beautifully produced videos. Our social engagement is definitely better with these videos. We’ve also gotten great feedback from both customers and our internal leadership team.

How did Chasing Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very organized and willing to do whatever works best for the clients when it comes to project management. They deliver on time. We communicate via email and Slack (messaging app).

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide white-glove service. Blake is still very involved in our account, and he’s incredibly talented, motivated, and great to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, the graphics and designs don’t always hit the nail on the head the first time around. However, now that they understand our style, we’re more aligned with fewer revisions.
