Charnette Labs is a UK-registered technology studio building websites, mobile apps and intelligent tools for the travel trade. Founded by Graeme Watson — a tourism professional with nearly 20 years of experience across the UK, South Africa and the USA — Charnette Labs combines deep industry knowledge with modern full-stack development.
Our clients are the businesses that make travel happen: tour operators, DMCs, representation companies, tourism boards, trade associations, safari lodges and luxury hotels. We understand the trade because we come from the trade — the terminology, the sales cycles, the trade show calendar, the operator relationships.
Current products include RepBud, the sales companion app for travel industry sales professionals (iOS, Android and web), and bespoke web platforms for luxury African tourism brands. We also built and run the technology behind The Annual Africa Tourism Evening, a London-based trade event.
Based in the UK with a presence in South Africa. Charnette Labs is a trading name of Charnette Ltd, registered in England and Wales No. 17167712.
