Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a manager for a medical device company, and our main products include clear aligner braces for teeth straightening.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Channel Aim?

We hired them to manage our Amazon web store. We sell a range of accessories that we sell across Australia and Japan.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Channel Aims manages our Amazon web store. Their work includes inventory management, campaign management, and advertising management. At the start of every year, we give them a sales target, and we discuss whether we can achieve it or increase it. We also provide them with quarterly advertising plans, and they let us know the ad budget they’ll need. Once that’s aligned, they roll out the plans for us. 

We also have reviews on a week-to-week basis. If something is working well, they tell us why and how we can replicate or improve it for another upcoming campaign. We also check if our numbers are down and how to rectify them. Overall, their team helps us make sure that we’re seen in the right places within the Amazon platform and able to convert those eyeballs into sales.

What is the team composition?

We work with two people from their team, including Jonas (Co-Founder & Business Development Director). He’s our day-to-day contact person and does the marketing stuff. We also discuss campaign strategies and budgets with him. We reach out to him for help in case of any system errors as well.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around July 2021, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Channel Aim’s efforts, we’ve seen a 20% increase in sales on a quarterly basis.

How did Channel Aim perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Zoom and email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really like how open our communication is with Channel Aim; it allows us to understand each other very well. Also, we like their timely execution and ability to respond to our needs quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Channel Aim could improve on. They’re like an extension of our team, and we appreciate them a lot.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Having open communication is very important — you need to set expectations right at the start and then make sure that you have your weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.
