We develop programmes in response to the observation of the multiplicity of problems that threaten the operations of businesses within the private sector of Guyana, particularly small to medium enterprises (SME’s). Today, the internet has expanded the scope of competition for local business owners, particularly with the proliferation of online shopping.

The need to implement and/or maintain high standards within businesses is crucial to their viability and survival, and by extension, the private sector as a whole. For this reason, a strategic element of the business is the sensitization of staff through training, certification and the issuance of Excellence Pins to point-of-sale service providers, thereby ensuring that they understand the importance of providing excellence in service.
