We engaged Cerub PR to support with increasing the visibility of our CEO & Founder and to help get Freshbat nominated for awards. We specifically wanted to appear in relevant places for our target audience such as industry-specific online publications.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We entered two awards, one of which we were shortlisted for. It was our first time doing this and the business is still fairly young, so this was a great outcome and gained us more visibility locally. The nomination was featured in the local press online, which generated backlinks. 

Our CEO & Founder was featured in some key publications, including Business Matters and the Financial Services Forum, which are highly relevant publications for our target audience. The feature in the FS Forum has subsequently led to our CEO securing a speaker slot at one of their upcoming events, which further positions her as an expert in our field.

All items were delivered on time and Ceri was very effective at chasing us for the things we needed to submit to enable us to be featured. Communication was excellent at all times, and we were able to jump on good opportunities very quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the connections and contacts they had, which enabled us to quickly get a PR function up and running, despite having never done activity like this for Freshbat before. The opportunities we got were really interesting and have had a lasting impact beyond the initial project.

Cerub PR provided support in promoting Steve Martin as a thought leader in the Agile transformation space. Their main objectives were to gain and increase Steve's presence in industry publications, podcasts and digital outlets.

There were no set targets other than evidence of coverage increase, which they achieved in great numbers.

Working with Cerub PR was a pleasure. They were always consistent with information and reporting, very responsive and they understood my industry and thought process to such an extent that my confidence levels were always high in providing the very best output in terms of article writing.

None whatsoever, we had to terminate the contract due to personal reasons inside the company but will be sure to pick up again where we left off later in the year if possible.

We hired Cerub on a permanent retainer contract to perform a variety of PR functions. We wanted to increase brand awareness (company brand and individual products), help support CSR initiatives and assist with product launches

Came on recommendation from a colleague - we then interviewed Cerub alongside other companies and then chose them based on their expertise and positive attitude

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 2021 we achieved over 50 insertions into various press which was deemed a very good ROI The rest is hard to quantify as Ceri and the team did so much alongside outside of this - not just PR, but copy writing/checking, idea generation/brainstorming, moral support etc

Communication is excellent - official reports occur every other week but they are always on hand. We spoke at least weekly Anything we asked of them they would do and it would be on my desk for review in a timely manner Excellent with advice and push back - Ceri and the team are very supportive but not ‘yes people’ - we hired them for their expertise and they are confident to give it when needed

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The MD was very skeptical about PR before I hired Cerub due to previous experience. Working with Cerub entirely convinced him otherwise due to the results we achieved and how nice they are to work with
