• submission of the architecture note.
• detailed comparative not on the tech stack - with detailed SWOT analysis

Yes. As described before. 

Thye proposal contained timelines of delivery - against milestones. Most of the dates were very close to teh committed time. Good PM skills. 

Their founder is easily approachable for any escalations. Teh weekly steering committee meetings ensured any devisotions were managed.
