We hired Centurion Media Co for their client-acquisition program, with the goal of generating qualified booked appointments for our business. The agreement guaranteed 100 qualified booked appointments within 120 days, but none were delivered.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired Centurion Media Co (Hussain Media Ltd, trading as Centurion/Atom) in March 2026 for their client-acquisition program. The main deliverable was to generate 100 qualified booked appointments within 120 days. Over the engagement, they launched paid ads but delivered zero booked appointments. I terminated the agreement for non-performance in May 2026, as allowed by the contract. Since then, I have been trying to recover my payment, with repeated but unfulfilled refund promises.
