What were your goals for this project?

The challenge were to make an user interface clear and efficient for user who are not used to play with complex views and this kind of app.

How did you select this vendor?

Describe the project in detail.

We have provided documentation about the project, our vision of the UX/UI design and make few video call to get ready. Once everything was understood by each other, we set up an Invision and Slack account and started working through iterations on the design. We gave feedbacks on each view and we progressed like this.

We needed a complete redesign of the entire frontend.

We wanted a modern, clean, and pleasant UX.

I found them on upwork.

The project included over 12 screens and 30 components. We had a very ugly functional prototype but we needed a complete overhaul of the entire UX.

What was the team composition?

It was myself working with 2 designers from CelerArt over a 6 week period.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am extremely happy with the outcomes! The new design looks great and is very functional. We are currently working on the implementation and can't wait to ship to customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was phenomenal. The team was super responsive and took all of my feedback into account very quickly. I would love to work with them in the future.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found the quality of their work most impressive. The designers there are world-class and the results speak for themselves.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps the team could try to involve the client more in creative decisions, although that will definitely slow down the process.
