CedrTech was responsible for the end-to-end development of our analytics core. This included:

Designing a scalable backend architecture capable of handling extreme loads.

Deploying a local LLM (Large Language Model) to automate data categorization.

Building high-speed database integrations for real-time reporting.

Refactoring our legacy Python code to improve overall system stability.
The final deliverable was a fully functional, production-ready module integrated into our main SaaS platform.

Their "Vibe-coding" isn't a gimmick-it's a high-speed delivery model that actually works. You get the speed of a startup with the reliability of an enterprise partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CedrTech could have done differently?

These guys are a rare find. They have that startup hustle but the discipline of a big corp-they just don’t miss deadlines. When new regulations hit us, they pivoted in two days flat without breaking the budget. We had some early time zone hiccups, but the Lviv team shifted their hours immediately to make it work. No drama, just fast, flexible execution. They're the real deal.
