CBM Agency

CBM Agency is a Miami-based Google and AI search agency for service businesses. We get you found first on Google Search, Google Maps and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, then make sure every lead gets answered, followed up and booked, day or night.

What we do:
- Google Business Profile optimization and Google Maps ranking
- Local SEO and service-area pages
- AI search optimization (getting recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity)
- 24/7 AI receptionist that answers calls and texts, qualifies leads and books appointments
- Lead follow-up automation by text, email and WhatsApp
- Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta Ads, measured by calls, not clicks
- Review and reputation management

Who we work with: luxury transportation and chauffeur services, funeral homes, jewelers, tourism and hospitality, real estate brokerages and developers, personal injury law firms, and home services like impact windows, roofing and HVAC.

Results from real client dashboards: 564 calls in 48 days from one client's Google profile, up from about 160 before we started. Over $400,000 in sales in under 90 days for a New York Diamond District jeweler, including a $40,000 wire from a buyer who found them through ChatGPT.

We serve Miami and South Florida, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, St. Lucia, the Caribbean and New York. Founder-led by Meshia, with 15 years in marketing and business ownership. Month to month, no contracts, and clients always own their Google profile, reviews and content.
