To strengthen their board service experience and position them early on to step into board leadership roles, BoardLead also provides these next generation board members with a year of good governance training and three months of one-on-one individualized support. PRAISE FOR BOARDLEAD The BoardLead program had a great yield for us: two BoardLeaders joined our national board and another joined our Brooklyn school board. All of them bring needed diversity to our governance structure and are terrific board members. I’ve worked with several different board development and matchmaking programs over the years; this was the best by far.
