BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CTA coordinator for Rokada, a charitable foundation partnered with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR). We run social assistance projects to integrate refugees and asylum seekers into Ukrainian society.  

My duties are to create special educational programs, provide remote assistance, support and upgrade websites and software to meet the needs of educational programs, and coordinate computer classes to maintain the working capacity of workstations.

We needed someone to developed our website.

What were your goals for this project?

Despite a small development budget, we needed a website to inform current and potential clients about the services we provide.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected a vendor based on the results of our bid.

They built a website that informed our clients about the types of assistance and activities we provide, such as social support, psychological support, accompaniment to medical establishments, legal assistance, and humanitarian aid. We also implemented a platform for accepting requests from clients and sharing information with them.

What was the team composition?

The team included six developers and a manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clients formulate requests more clearly because they have a better idea of our capabilities. It's also easier for them to get to our office with the interactive map. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was comfortable and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They successfully and precisely transformed our thoughts and sketches into a full-fledged website.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We're going to add another language to the website interface.
