I’m the CEO of a multimedia printing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Carter Codes?

We needed someone to provide us with web development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aside from web development, Carter Codes also provides us with SEO and social media management. They develop websites from scratch using Laravel, and we work closely with them with the design of the templates.

They also maintain our social media channels and help us with SEO through keyword research.

We work with about six people from their team, that includes a UI designer.

They were recommended to me by a mutual friend.

So far, we’ve roughly spent $5,000 USD.

Our ongoing partnership started in April 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Carter Codes, we’ve seen a 60% increase in traffic and conversion. They’ve also improved our ranking on Google, as we’re showing up as the ninth-best result for one of our keywords just last week.

How did Carter Codes perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management standpoint, as they always meet their deadlines and deliver their tasks on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like the fact that they develop their projects from scratch, and that they’re always friendly and responsive.

I can’t think of anything they could improve on.
