We first contacted Carta to help with our Shopify theme customizations. It started as a fixed fee project but grew into an ongoing partnership. Key deliverables have been Ecommerce site audit with a business roadmap attached, UX optimization, app integrations, and customizing various page templates.

They mostly worked on EST time zone but the CEO was happy to respond whenever we needed anything. Work is usually delivered on time and they're good with communicating promptly if anything will hold things up.
