I am Sr Manager for an R&D Engineering Team.

We had serious data access problems because we documented everything manually and our legacy business management solution was unstable. We hired Cardamons.ai to solve that problem for us and help us access our data easily and perform appropriate trend analyses.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found then through a referral and we evaluated 3 other vendors before going with Cardamons. Cardamons was the only one that could do the job with high accuracy.

We needed to have data from hand written documents containing critial manufacturing information to be available in an easy searchable manner.

We had over 97% accuracy in data seach-ability

The project was managed in an agile manner. The communications were prompt and we always received project updates before the meeting started. The meeting always ended well before the allocated time because the team was always well prepared and the deliverables were completed. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to made handwritten sqiggly documents readable with high accuracy. We were able to extract data ovut of initials.
