I'm the founder and CEO of Kindlee AI, an AI debiasing solutions company. We ensure fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance in high-risk AI applications, helping fintech organizations leverage ethical AI while unlocking new revenue opportunities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Capicua?

We needed support to design the frontend of our core product.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Capicua has been involved in the product's end-to-end development. The team has integrated our core evaluation models, customized and designed our dashboards, and improved our analytics logic. Capicua has delivered a fully functioning complex audit and analytics product in less than seven weeks, including a new website to meet fundraising deadlines.

Moreover, the team has assisted us with prioritization and product scope to help us meet basic requirements without over-engineering solutions. Capicua has handled the product's backend integration, dashboard optimization, and analytics logic improvement according to our architecture and specifications.

Additionally, the team has designed and deployed the frontend audit capability, including data formatting and user management. Capicua has developed a fully functioning reporting module and library, delivered several iterations of our compliance-driven scoring, and created automatic update dashboards across all modules. The team has also co-created the cost analytics logic and customization capabilities.

Regarding the website, Capicua has completely owned the redesign and delivered it in less than two weeks after being provided with a basic skeleton. The team has created a new logo, flows, demo page, benchmark study lead generation page, and visual design with a "hook" that aligns with the brand and initial copy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Capicua has delivered a fully functioning pilot-ready and compliant product and website for client and fundraising demos, debugging, customizations, and QA. The demo success and product reliability have been positive, and the feedback from clients and investors has been positive. The product is clear to both potential users and investors, who now clearly see the value and the differentiator of Kindlee in the market. Our product has a tangible value and direction thanks to Capicua.

How did Capicua perform from a project management standpoint?

Capicua's project management is dynamic. The team is extremely responsive, collaborative, pragmatic, and delivers high-quality work on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Capicua's responsiveness, flexibility, breadth of talent, and speed are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I couldn't ask for more in such a short period. We could have had a clearer product plan, but that's on me, and Capicua has adjusted to me. The team is incredible. Perhaps we need to get in the habit of following up with the specific tasks and deliverables per conversation, but again, that's on me to project manage better.
