I'm the founder of Rise Local, a Dallas-based digital marketing agency. We provide local businesses with SEO, website hosting, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation to help attract and convert leads into sales.

Cannon System Design installed cameras in our office, hooked us up with a rack, and installed access control. The team also handled the setup and configuration of the camera and access control systems, including the TVs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything works as promised. Our staff has no trouble entering the building, and we can quickly check who is in the office to meet our clients. We no longer have issues when keys aren't present.

How did Cannon System Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Cannon System Design was great at communication and meeting deadlines. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brayden (Security Systems Specialist) was responsive, easy to work with, and clearly knew security systems inside and out. The install was smooth, and everything worked exactly as expected. The team was friendly, and we could tell they knew tech.
