We hired Calidad Technolab to build a web application where AI could help us achieve some of our goals through automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Calidad Technolab developed a web application to help our clients manage their day-to-day production. The team also created AI components to automate some activities and generate dynamic reports for our stakeholders. Additionally, the team integrated SCADA to get real-time updates and readings from our machines.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Calidad Technolab delivered an efficient product and showed us multiple demos of the project. The team also guided us with the required server setup and delivered on time. Thanks to their work, we achieved efficiency and automation in many tasks, cost savings in managing our team and clients, and stakeholder alignment with the given reports and details at our fingertips to manage the machinery.

How did Calidad Technolab perform from a project management standpoint?

Calidad Technolab delivered before time and set up project management practices for us to follow the process properly and get the required updates. We communicated via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Calidad Technolab's overall working style, responsiveness, availability, on-time delivery, proactiveness to suggest new features and functionality, industry knowledge, and overall quality of work were impressive. We didn't have to do much testing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.
