Cairo Studio is a design and development studio in downtown Cairo, founded in 2023 by Shehab Waleed. We design and build websites, online stores, mobile apps and brand identities in Arabic and English for companies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Europe and the United States.
One in-house team handles strategy, design, code, content and hosting, so the people who plan your project are the people who ship it. Arabic is written by native speakers, and every layout is designed right to left from the first sketch instead of being mirrored at the end.
What we build:
- Websites and web apps on SvelteKit, Next.js and Nuxt, edited by your team in Prismic
- Online stores on Shopify, or a custom commerce API with its own admin
- iOS apps in SwiftUI, like the member app we built for Makaani
- Brand identities, logos, posters and campaign visuals
- AI chat assistants and automations connected to your site
Recent clients include DAC Group, a design and build contractor in Saudi Arabia; Buna Holding, an investment holding company in Saudi Arabia; The Coffee Concept, which supplies professional coffee equipment in Egypt; Maison Gacha, a Paris house for African craft; MASAR, a business law firm in Cairo; and 32 Real Estate, a Saudi property developer.

Our Story
Cairo Studio started in 2023 in Zamalek with one idea: Arabic websites deserve the same craft as the best English ones. We are a small in-house team of designers and developers who write Arabic natively, design right to left from the start, and build on modern stacks like SvelteKit and Shopify. We publish our prices, keep every project with one team from the first call to launch, and stay on after launch through monthly plans.
