Caemcore builds custom software for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools.
It usually starts the same way. Your data sits in three different services and someone reconciles it by hand. You pay for a platform that does almost what you need - just not the part that matters.
That is what outgrowing off-the-shelf looks like. From there the only way forward is your own system: built on top of what you already have, or instead of it. And we almost always stay - the system keeps living and growing after launch.
Same situation, different shape: a founder who has outgrown a prototype. It worked on the demo, then one fix started breaking two others and the AI kept rewriting code that was fine. It is the ceiling of prompting without engineering. The product is proven. Now it needs to be built.
What we build:
Systems that match how your operations run: orders, inventory, reporting, role-based access
Integrations: CRM, ERP, POS databases and third-party services talking to each other
Web and mobile applications
New products from scratch: first working version in weeks
Rebuilds of prototypes that stopped being changeable
How we work:
You know the price range and the timeline before we start. A live demo every Thursday — a working version you can click. The final invoice matches the number we named on day one.
Not sure what you need? Figuring that out is our job, not yours. Two ways in, both 30 minutes and free:
Systems Review: what the task actually is, whether it needs building at all, a ballpark number and timeline.
Codebase Audit: what we keep, what we rebuild, what is blocking your next feature, a range and timeline.
You get the answer whether or not we work together.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We hired Caemcore to digitize our tattoo studio. They built a Telegram Mini App for clients, a web admin panel for our team, and a marketing landing page - all from scratch.
The process was smooth and transparent from day one. They scoped the project clearly before starting, showed demos every Thursday, and kept us in the loop throughout. No missed deadlines, no surprises on the budget.
The Mini App replaced 100% of our manual booking workflows and onboarded 200+ clients in the first 3 months. Clients love the digital tattoo passport, automated aftercare reminders and referral system. The admin panel made our day-to-day much easier - managing artists, schedules and client history is finally in one place.
The landing page became our main client acquisition channel, bringing in 500+ new clients since launch.
The team is responsive, senior, and clearly cares about the product. We'd hire them again without hesitation.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Onboarded 200+ clients to the Telegram Mini App in the first 3 months, replacing 100% of manual booking workflows and automating reminders, aftercare and referral tracking end to end
The landing page became an active client acquisition channel, bringing in 500+ new clients since launch.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The transparency and delivery discipline. Weekly Thursday demos meant we always knew what was being built and could course-correct early. Scope was locked upfront with a clear IN/OUT list, so there were no surprise costs or timeline slips. Milestone-based payments made the whole engagement feel fair and low-risk. On top of that, the product quality is genuinely high — the Mini App works smoothly and clients actually use it. Senior engineers, direct communication, no middlemen.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Caemcore was to design and build a white label client portal for us. The portal would give each of our clients a dashboard with real time visibility into their ongoing projects and sales campaigns. The idea was to replace the manual reporting we used to do and making our agencyy look more professional and transparent. Key deliverables included: (1) Client portal with role based access, both with admin and client views. (2) Real time dashboard with project metrics and progress charts. (3) projects module with active and past projects, status, timelines and per project drill downs. (4) Activity feed where our team posts updates and the reasoning behing project decisions, visible to clients per project. (5) Deliverables log with full history per project. (6) Admin interface for our team to manage projects. (7) Emails notifications via Resend when project data updates.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Delivered production ready in 6 weeks. All clients now have 24 to 7 to live project data, status, timelines. Inbound status check communications from clients dropped after launch. Internal admin time spend on reporting has been reduced.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Their project management was one of the strongest aspects of working with them. They structured the engagement clearly from the start. They delivered the full portal within 6 weeks, and managed expectations well. In terms of responsiveness, they were quick to turn around feedback, with no corporate long times.
What was your primary form of communication with Caemcore?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The main thing that stood out was how proactively they kept us informed. Every week we received a progress update without having to ask for one. In our experience, working with other developers and agencies, it's rare. They were always ahead of us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Caemcore could have done differently?
Nothing that impacted the outcome or the timeline. We'd work with them again without hesitation.

Caemcore provides white-label development for a marketing agency. The team's work includes e-commerce builds, AI agents, workflow automations, and landing pages. They handle the entire development process.
Caemcore has delivered six projects in six months, providing production-ready products. Their work has expanded the client's service range. Their project management is excellent, and every project follows the same predictable process. They've had zero missed deadlines or budget overruns.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder and CEO of a full-service marketing agency that provides social media marketing (SMM), paid ads, content production, and digital marketing for brands.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Caemcore?
We needed a white-label development partner to deliver e-commerce builds, AI agents, workflow automations, and landing pages for our clients so we could ship tech products to them without maintaining an in-house development team.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Caemcore has shipped custom software for our clients across three main areas:Each project has been scoped and delivered independently, following Caemcore's delivery process: written scope upfront with a clear IN/OUT list, weekly Thursday demos, milestone payments, and senior engineers handling all production code end to end. For each engagement, Caemcore has owned the scoping, architecture, design, implementation, development, QA, deployment, and post-launch handover. We act as the bridge between Caemcore and our end clients, but all technical execution is managed entirely by their team.
What is the team composition?
We work with 2–5 teammates from Caemcore.
How did you come to work with Caemcore?
Caemcore was referred to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Caemcore has delivered six projects in six months, averaging one shipped project per month. Our clients have received production-ready products on predictable timelines, and Caemcore has become our go-to development partner across all client verticals, with new projects scoped continuously as we take on new work.Working with Caemcore has allowed us to offer custom development services to our clients without building or managing an in-house development team. This has expanded our service range significantly — we now confidently sell e-commerce builds, AI agents, and custom automations alongside our core marketing services, knowing we have a reliable delivery partner behind us.Their predictable delivery process — locked scope, weekly demos, milestone payments — has also removed a huge operational burden from our side. We don't have to micromanage technical work, chase status updates, or worry about timeline slips when committing to our own clients. That predictability lets us scope and sell new projects faster, with confidence in the delivery side.
How did Caemcore perform from a project management standpoint?
Caemcore's project management is excellent and is honestly one of the main reasons we keep working with them. Every project has followed the same predictable process: written scope locked upfront with a clear IN/OUT list, weekly Thursday demos with a changelog, milestone-based payments, and clear async decision-making between sessions.Across six projects in six months, every single one has been delivered on time and on budget. We've had zero missed deadlines, zero scope blow-ups, and no surprises on cost. When questions come up, they're resolved within the same working day, and Thursday demos mean we always know exactly where each project stands. As an agency reselling their work to our own clients, this level of reliability is rare and exactly what we need.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Two things stand out for us. First, the combination of versatility and delivery discipline. Most development agencies we've worked with specialize narrowly — Caemcore ships production AI agents one month and a polished e-commerce store the next, at the same quality bar. In 6 months and 6 completely different projects, we've had zero missed deadlines and zero budget overruns.Second, the delivery process itself. The scope is locked upfront with a clear IN/OUT list, weekly Thursday demos keep us in the loop, and milestone payments make every project low-risk for us as the agency. It's the most predictable development partnership we've had, and the reason we keep coming back to them with every new client need.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, nothing major. Early on, we wished the scope could stretch mid-project to add features on the fly, but their strict scope discipline is exactly why every project has shipped on time and on budget. It's a trade-off we now actively appreciate — we'd rather have predictability than flexibility that blows up timelines.

Prototype rebuild
For founders whose no-code or AI-built product stopped taking changes. One fix breaks two other things and shipping the next feature costs more attempts than it's worth. We start with an audit, not a quote: what we keep, what we rebuild, what it costs. Sometimes the problem is small and we say so.

Our Story
A client once asked for a small bot to catch orders arriving in their Instagram DMs. That turned into a dashboard, then the internal tooling their staff runs on, then the whole ordering flow. Six brands in two countries run on it now.
Most of our work starts that way. Nobody hands us a spec. Someone describes a problem in plain words and working out what it actually is becomes our job.
You talk to the people writing the code, and whoever scoped the project is still on it in month eight.
What Sets Us Apart
You don't have to know what you need
Most people who come to us have never commissioned software before. They can't name the thing, don't know what it costs, don't know where to start. That's normal. Sorting it out is our job, not yours. Describe the problem in plain words and we'll tell you what it is.
We're still here in year two
One project is rarely one project. A client asked for a small bot. It became a dashboard, then the tooling their staff runs on, then the whole ordering flow. We build the first thing and then stay. Nobody has to explain the business again to a new vendor every eight months.
We rebuild, we don't patch
When a product stops taking changes, most of the market sells patches. Patching a structural problem only delays it. So we start with an audit instead of a quote. Sometimes the fix really is small and we say so. Sometimes the foundation is the problem. You get the honest answer.
