Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Cactus Cubes produced a 60-second, sizzle-reel style 3D animation of our Airspace Intelligence System. This was achieved by an initial Zoom meeting and then collaborating on storyboards to lay down the key elements we wanted to cover.

Using reference material such as photographs, video and printed material, the team at Cactus Cubes understood how our system worked, its purpose and how we wanted to present this within a short 60-second clip. We had regular updates through each stage of the process, allowing us to make revisions where needed.

However, this was never required because they had a good understanding of what we needed from the very beginning of the project.

The end result/final render was better than we envisioned for the clip.

I work as graphic designer in the advertising and branding department in a technology company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cactus Cubes, and what were your goals?

We needed a video that could illustrate our laptop in a very visual way. Due to the many features our product has, it was crucial to represent it in that manner. Represent the laptop via an animation video was really essential because we could show the product from different points of view and giving a really magical experience to our customers, once it would impossible using other kind of media.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Working with them has been a really nice experience, their work is great. I didn't have any problem with the team, they are easy going, they send the project on time, have a fair price and the most important, their work has a high quality. Taking these qualities into account we could judge Cactus Cubes as the best option for us.

First of all, we send an e-mail to Cactus Cubes including our script, our visual assets, guides and a storyboard that would illustrate our main idea and video mood. Given that they came back to us with some eventual question and then they delivered the video first version.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Balazs he was responsible to our whole communication, both collecting our feedback, taking it to the animators and getting back to us with the adjustments. After that he shared the work via Dropbox, so we could see the results and get back to him with our comments.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed off the new product video in our biggest event of the year, and our audience got really excited about the upcoming launching.

Their management style is really straight forward and well structured. They understood easily all explanations for adjustments, and rarely misunderstood or forgot some point in our checklist.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their quality and creativity were the highest points of their work. They came up with very good ideas to complement and illustrate our vision, and it was well translated into the video production.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have anything to list here right now. Their work was beyond our expectations.

Cactus Cubes helps us create CGI animations for buildings. We provide them with architectural blueprints, and they generate animations of the buildings in question. Additionally, they’ve designed 2D visual elements as well.

CGI Product Movie for launch of a new watch brand.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The CGI movie allowed us to promote the product while the actual product was not yet available. Also, CGI enabled to show different colors, different angles, as well as product features.
