BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of business development at Synturion Technologies Private Limited. We provide digital services and solutions for businesses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with C2C Consulting LLC?

We needed help developing and improving our IT systems, supporting our digital operations, and delivering cost-effective technology solutions for our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

C2C Consulting LLC handles IT consulting, system setup, software support, and process improvement for our business. The main deliverables include technical guidance, implementation support, system improvements, and ongoing assistance to keep our operations running smoothly.

Specifically, they’ve helped us with tokenomics planning, Rust Anchor development, TypeScript and JavaScript work, and React-based projects. Their support covers both blockchain-related development and frontend application work.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from C2C Consulting LLC.

How did you come to work with C2C Consulting LLC?

We found them through ChatGPT. We chose them because they were a low-priced IT company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

C2C Consulting LLC has highly experienced people on their team. Manoj (Founder & CEO) has 23+ years of experience in fintech and banking, and others also bring 10+ years of strong technical experience. They’re very fast in development and have helped us make progress quickly.

Some tasks that we expected to take longer have been completed much faster. Our project has become more organized, and we’ve been able to move ahead with the blockchain and React work more smoothly. For example, some tasks have been completed around 30%–40% faster than we expected. A few development items that we thought might take 2–3 weeks have been handled in about 1–2 weeks, which has helped us keep moving without long delays.

How did C2C Consulting LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They keep communication clear via virtual meetings, give updates when needed, and deliver most things on time. We also have straight access to their team via WhatsApp, which helps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re disciplined and result-oriented.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.
