I am marketing staff. Our company vision is to bring the best food to Vietnamese people that people in other developed countries already have access to at a reasonable price compared to the income of the majority of Vietnamese people.

Our website was built a long time ago and is no longer suitable for design trends, so we need to find a professional design company, understand the industry to advise and make a good layout design

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on Google and found that Canh Cam does a lot of projects for large companies and corporations in the country, so we contacted them and received very good and professional advice.

Because our website focuses on showing the company's capabilities and product portfolio, the important consulting step is the product structure. Canh Cam advises us on catalog and filter solutions to match product categories and product applications. After completing the interface set after a period of adjustment and discussion, the project progressed to the programming step, and finally, the website was completed.

There are a total of 3 main people who directly communicate and discuss the project during the implementation process, one is the initial consultation, the second is the design partner, and the last is the project manager. to discuss technical aspects and overall progress

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They divide the project implementation phase into steps, not lumping them together, one is the general concept orientation and homepage design, then from the new home page use it to guide the rest of the pages, finally when the interface is complete and we agree with the design, then they will accept it, and move on to the programming step. Acceptance results at each stage only when we are satisfied

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Because they assign each staff member to take on a separate task and expertise, the exchange is very precise, and specific and handled my work and questions quickly. When needed, we can call, or schedule a meeting to discuss and clarify the issue, but to finalize or confirm officially, it will be via text or email to be official, we are satisfied with the flexible and professional way of doing things like that

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've shown a very good UX consulting ability because they understand the industry. They go from the content about my company and what we have, not follow a pre-made mold

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think it's about the total time of the project, if the two sides can understand each other to do it faster, the project can be completed sooner.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational ASP site.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full-stack developers and a designer
