C-MORE is a socially-driven company supporting international organisations, companies and NGO’s reach their objectives on creating sustainable impact from their activities. We are organised as a network of consultants; a multidisciplinary team with more than 15 years of experience in social, business and sustainable economic development.

Our consultants work(ed) for globally recognised organizations and studied in best-in-class programs in institutions such as: IMD Business School, Financials and Stewardship for Non-Profits at Harvard; Entrepreneurship, Social Impact and Innovation at the United Nations University for Peace; Positive Psychology at the University for Peace; Seth Godin MBA, IHCOS Humanistic Coaching; and Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge University.

C-MORE was conceived by SAPANA’s Founder and Chairwoman Carolina Almeida Cruz. SAPANA is an organization that has been recognized by the Grameen Bank and the Muhammad Yunnus Foundation as a leader on social economy. SAPANA has also received an Honourable Mention by the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Award. In 2013 Ashoka, a worldwide network of social entrepreneurs, celebrated the founder of SAPANA and C-MORE as a change-maker.

C-MORE, as an implementing partner of SAPANA, focuses on empowering organisations to develop solutions that support and contribute to UN SDGs goals, in alignment with applicable international and national policies. Our core services focus on ESG and include: advising senior management on organisational sustainability; impact measurement; ESG assessment and reporting; compliance and corporate governance frameworks (to enhance organizational reputation and resilience) and executive training.
