While our experience with Bytibits was overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of minor areas where they could enhance their service:

Initial project setup could benefit from more detailed technical architecture documentation upfront. While they delivered excellent documentation at the end, having comprehensive system diagrams and API specifications earlier in the process would have been helpful for our internal team planning.

Additionally, implementing more structured code review sessions during development could further improve knowledge transfer. While their code quality was excellent, more formal review meetings would help client teams better understand the implementation decisions and future maintenance requirements.

These are minor suggestions rather than significant issues - the overall project delivery exceeded our expectations in every way.
