I'm the owner of a b2b online marketplace. We connect international sellers and buyers on a centralized platform.

We wanted to offer 60 net terms to our buyers, and needed to build this capability for a seamless flow in checkout.

We were recommended by the company we were integrating with, Balance, to a developer-finding platform. We were connected with BytePlexure and knew they were the right fit in early meetings. The team was communicative, asking many questions to ensure the project was understood.

After a meeting to discuss all points and review the wire-frame, we collaborated through email and Rock to develop the add-on to integrate with Balance the capability to offer 60-day net terms to buyers at checkout. Many back-end and front-end tasks, including the creation of a payout setup form with the vendor portal, buyer application, and more.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our lead contact for meetings, and two full-stack developers communicated and collaborated with us during the initial project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Upon going live with 60 net terms, we now have increased incentive for buyers to shop on our platform. Buyers can seamless apply and, if approved, use this buy-now-pay-later function.

The team asked important questions as they arose, but mainly worked independently and efficiently without needing constant contact. We used Rock, Trello, and Bitbucket to collaborate and stay on point.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have worked with BytePlexure for almost a year in various capacities. Starting out on a 'per-project' basis, then moving to a more persistent development role, we have been very pleased with their performance throughout. In the 'per-project' basis, their team delivered precisely what was discussed and ensured all aspects of the module in development through the process. Even once the modules were live, they maintain the code through conflicts with other developers' additions. Now in the persistent development role, they have strictly kept to our budget and delivered well maintained code on-time or communicated difficulties faced that may impact their timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All in all we are very happy with BytePlexure. When code conflicts arose, the team was very prompt to address the issues.

The scope of work was to integrate a third party service into our platform using their SDK. The key deliverables were ReactJS frontend code and Java SpringBoot backend along with unit and integration tests.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to the timely delivery of the requirements, we were able to release our new features quickly to production. All requirements were met and there were no issues later.
