We kept actual money movement and automatic document correction out of the initial launch on purpose, since those needed to stay on the web dashboard and with human review respectively.

Buzzvel built us a new site on React and Next.js, scoped deliberately as what we called a secure front door rather than a system holding any sensitive health data itself. That meant a custom six-to-ten page site covering our core pages and individual therapist profiles, a filter tool letting visitors search therapists by specialty like anxiety, depression, or trauma, and third-party scheduling embedded directly into each therapist's profile so booking happens without leaving the site. They also made sure it held up on mobile and was built with local SEO in mind from the start. We kept telehealth video, internal medical records dashboards, and messaging systems out of scope on purpose, since none of that belonged on a public-facing marketing site handling this kind of sensitive context.

The site launched within the three-month timeline. Buzzvel designed a login dashboard that allows users to load and visualize data. They first assisted us in analyzing our data, which we had been selling as a raw CRV file. Our clients had asked us to deliver the product in a user-friendly interface that allowed them to slice and dice the data and view it from various angles and sectors. We were attempting to complete that locally, but there were numerous issues because many Python coders struggle to visualize data. Buzzvel had its own roster of data analysts and business intelligence professionals that assisted us in mapping out fresh data as needed for our clients.

Our clients wanted to be able to view the data as a regular dashboard and for them, the biggest feature would be a large dataset and their own dashboard, most of our clients that don’t have their own dashboard have to go through their analytics department to load data into a system. It takes a while to visualize the data and that’s one of the reasons why we needed Buzzvel.

Using Buzzvel, we developed our own platform with series of JavaScript libraries to visualize the data. Furthermore, we provided a matrix of different market comps that do the data visualization. To get the customization done, we had to give Buzzvel samples of companies that are already doing this type of service. We have our own hosting capabilities and they helped us with maintenance and support.

Thanks to Buzzvel, we now have a full set of API and our own dashboard where clients can upload their files. The dashboard connects to our system and provides users with a matching capability to connect with private companies, it contains the data, the financials, history, and performance results.
