I am the CCO of a tech construction company.

We hired them to design a presentation that was needed urgently.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been working with various freelancers for the past year, the reason this project was urgent is because the previous 5 hired designers failed. We had a very short deadline, this team came highly recommended, they presented their ideas and were able to nail down what we need from the first try. Deciding factors were:

1. great customer service
2. worked overnight to finish the project
3. explained every design decision in detail
4. I did not need to babysit and micromanage nor repeat myself 100 times, nor have to get on calls to clarify
5. the designer didnt sleep most of the night but delivered the product and was available the next day to make minor fixes even though she didnt get to sleep
6. they get things done
7. Professional and very creative

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

A Presentation deck designed from scratch on a tight deadline: less than 24 hrs. The designer made a prototype, we approved it, she paid attention to detail, in our meeting she asked all needed questions and executed with perfection. Because of that all our work in terms of design is now going to this team. I know that they will do amazing job and deliver ALWAYS on time! Again, I do not need to micromanage or waist time in explaining a task many times, I work directly with one person and our communication is clear and flawless.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The designer is extremely smart, knowledgable, detail oriented, creative and overall through all my years of 15+ years of working with designers, this is by far the best experience. I no longer work with any other designers. Just this team and I wouldnt change it , they will always deliver, always put client first, do not overcharge and are responsible. They are creative, and they have overall great business skills.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

flawless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed by the sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and overall customer service. I never get overcharged and the results are consistently amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

not really.
