Hi! We’re Jeremy and Cathleen Burns.

After getting married in October of 2014, we decided to buy a camera to start capturing the special moments of our lives, and “maybe even turn it into a side job.”

We started our business in 2015, and after just a few short months, I (Cathleen) decided to leave my job as a TV News anchor/reporter and pursue photography full time.

That leap of faith ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Jeremy, who has another full time job, spends the rest of his time helping run this crazy-fun business we created together.

We meet new, amazing people every week and feel so blessed to be able to capture their special moments.

From engagements and weddings to babies, family photos and senior sessions; we’ve had the pleasure of documenting the creation of families and the major milestones that follow.

We also love photographing events! Whether it’s a small family gathering for a birthday or anniversary -- or a huge corporate event, we’ve done it.

We’re also honored to be the go-to photographers for lots of local businesses and entrepreneurs when they need new or updated headshots.

In 2020, we purchased our first photo studio located at 2005 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.  We were both super excited to start offering more studio sessions for our clients!  

Later in 2020, we were honored to be named The West Virginia Gazette Mail's Best in the Valley for both Putnam and Kanawha Counties!

In 2021, we were once again named Best in the Valley for Kanawha County. 

Additionally in 2021, we had the honor of being named WV Weddings Magazine Best Engagement and Wedding Portrait Photographers!
