We originally hired another company to create a website for our business. We were exclusively brick and mortar previously. The company we hired did not meet expectations and we needed to pivot quickly because we were losing out on potential revenue from ecommerce. 

This is where Burgundy comes on. Burgundy took the reigns and made everything stress-free. We explained our vision, our goals, and our timeline. 

Burgundy took that and ran with it. We had a launchable website within 6 weeks, we had some minor changes we wanted and those were completed within 48 hours of request. We are now working with Burgundy on a longer term project that involves customer acquisition and brand visibility.

The measurable outcome was going from having no website at all to a fully functional ecommerce website that looked and performed beautifully.

Burgundy was in touch with us multiple days a week to provide status updates and make sure that we knew what was going on at all times. They actually finished ahead of schedule. Anytime a request was made, we never had to wait 48 hours for that request to be fulfilled.
