They are incredibly responsive with any updates needed and errors that occured. You could call or email them at any point and get a response within 20 minutes. Everything with addressed for the most part within 24 hours, bigger things took up to a week.

I am very impressed with there responsiveness and customer service. It is rare to find a company that still values customer service.

Well one thing is always going to be pricing, they are very competitive in the space but of course it would be great to get a better price for everything nowaways.

We have been working with built right digital for years now. They provided us with their expertise in establishing an online presence and generating leads for shower remodeling projects. Built right digital has been a great company for helping generate leads for walk-in showers, full shower remodeling, roll-in showers and replacing bathtubs. We have seen great results both with our website and with the leads that have generated.

We have had great success with our form submissions generated from our website. We notice more and more people search for a shower remodel on-line and end up clicking on our page. We can tell the exact number of customers that fill out our forms and at what time they did it.

Built right digital has great management and excellent cutomer service. When ever we have a problem or just have questions we can reach out to them or send a message and they reply quickly. We don't often have to wait for a reply when something comes up, however they manage projects very efficiently that its rare we need to reach out to solve issues.

I would have to say that the speed at which they handle the projects is what most impresses me. If they start working on a project, we can see the results faster than expected.

Yes, of course there are always areas of improvements. I thinks their price has gone up a bit from since we started but I understand that is common within the industry.
