Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Product Marketing and Content Manager at Bridgit, where we build software solutions for the construction industry to help streamline core processes and optimize resource management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Build Media Group, and what were your goals?

We were growing out services and wanted to expand our reach. We hired Build Media Group to provide industry-specific, full-scale SEO services to improve our site rankings and grow traffic to our existing pages.

How did you select Build Media Group and what were the deciding factors?

After struggling with SEO consultants in the past, we wanted to make sure we found a company that understood the ins and outs of the construction industry. We picked Build Media Group because they have built strong relationships in our market and we knew they could provide the right insight to get our content in the hands of the right people.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and a full audit of our current website and content publishing processes. They then helped us with keyword research, divided our market into targetable “buckets” for each step in the buyer’s journey, and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they guided us through on-site changes and started producing ever-green content and collateral with our updated strategy and keywords. Their team also produces at least one blog post for us every week, and provides continued support for website changes and general SEO inquiries.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They assigned us a project manager to oversee our strategy from a high level, as well as 2 SEO specialists that meet with us on a weekly basis and also write content for our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing our new SEO strategy we've already seen an increase in organic website traffic. We've also had multiple conversions as a direct result of the content Build Media Group has added to our website. We are also improving the rank of critical keywords on a weekly basis and are currently ranking on the first page SERP for multiple keywords.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

The two biggest benefits that Build Media Group provides us outside of their SEO efforts are communication and speed of execution. I'm blown away by how quickly they respond to our questions with suggestions and recommendations, and then how quickly those recommendations are then implemented.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Build Media Group is their understanding of how the construction industry works. From recommendations to content, their insight into our market has proven to be extremely valuable in our efforts to connect with our audience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to really say here. Build Media Group has been an outstanding ally in our SEO efforts.
