We hired Bryt to do initial development on our new e-commerce platform as a part of an overall re-brand. Over the last two years, they have become core parts of our overall e-commerce team, handling all aspects of our development and updates.

Bryt, Bryan and his team came highly recommended to us by another e-commerce brand. We had a great first meeting with them where it was clear that they were not strong technologists, but truly cared about our brand and our success.

We sent initial design mock-ups to the Bryt team and they made suggestions from a usability perspective and executed on the build flawlessly. We now use them for all aspects of our e-commerce web development.

As an e-commerce company we have seen 41% growth this year. The Bryt team has been an important part of that growth as they created a multi-branch quiz for us which has increased conversion and engagement rates on the site.

We had weekly meetings during development. Now, during ongoing maintenance, we speak as needed.

We hired Bryt Designs to redesign our website in 2020. We collaborated with them on all aspects of the new site, and we continued to work with them to add features and maintain the site after we relaunched.

We interviewed a few potential development partners, and landed on Bryt because of their focus on site speed/efficiency and SEO.

Redesign of the website - all pages, custom build-out of a quiz, and maintenance and updates as we evolved the site.

We worked with Bryan and usually 1-2 developers of his.

We saw all of our overall ecommerce metrics significantly improve based on the new design & site performance.

Great - used slack for questions & urgent issues. Bryan & his team were always really responsive. We had weekly recurring calls to review the pipeline & any requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Loved that the entire team was also on the west coast so there wasn't a delay in communication/responses, loved how we had direct access to Bryan & his team, typically you work with a project manager that manages communication with the dev team. The team was very responsive to everyone on our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of! I appreciate how far they scaled with us and would highly recommend them.

It is a very efficient operation. All projects were thoroughly covered with our team before being initiated by the Bryt Designs designers. Project layouts/designs and cost proposals are reviewed and approved before any work is started. 
The design team adheres to a tight schedule and production timeline. Multiple reviews and approvals are established before the final product/production delivery.

Re-wrote our Shopify code to the latest standards and redesigned most of our pages in the process. Improved our cyber security and closed fraud-loopholes. They are our sole engineering resource, so they develop all our custom features and CRO experiments, as well as taking care of day-to-day maintenance.

The retheme was launched on time and within budget. Bugs and fraud has been significantly reduced.

They are very responsive and usually deliver on time. They clearly communicate the status of projects and work into the evenings if they miss a deadline. They've been very flexible about providing us with resources when we have urgent needs.
