For growing Shopify and Shopify Plus brands, we work as a fractional CTO. We find what is costing sales and fix it: slow mobile pages, a cluttered app stack, broken tracking between Shopify, GA4, Meta and Klaviyo, and manual work that should be automated. Engagements start with a fixed-price Commerce Tech Audit or a Shopper Video Test, then continue as a monthly retainer for CRO, AI search visibility or ongoing technical ownership.
For commerce SaaS companies, we build production-grade marketplace integrations with Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify, prepare app and platform approval packages, and get teams audit-ready for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We prepare clients for audits; we are not the auditor.
How we work: least-privilege access, staff accounts only, never payment or billing permissions, written approval before changes, and access removed when an engagement ends. Every engagement has a fixed price or a written proposal, and clients never need to get on a sales call.
