I am the founder/director of The Reflective Horse, LLC providing coaching for insight based learning and equine therapeutic services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Broad & Reed?

I hired B&R to help fill the 2019 client roster for The Reflective Horse Mastery Program.

What were your goals for this project?

To fill the first year of the 10 month TRH Mastery training program.

How did you select this vendor?

Word of mouth. B&R came highly recommended. I selected them as they have a small team that had a lot of fresh ideas and perspective and seemed inspiring to work with. They really tap into this time period, and the possibilities for marketing in a clear, concise and innovative way. They actually had ideas that were way ahead of my game (!) and it gave me thoughts for the future, and what could be next for my business.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They got me onboard though a series of in-person, innovative meetings. They went through all of my past information and marketing strategies. They pitched the idea of using video ads to target other teachers looking to deepen their knowledge in the equine therapeutic field. They combined some of our current footage with new footage they shot, and added their interviews with me. We ran ads and emails on the internet to capture clients.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with Paul and Magnus throughout the project, as well as a videographer team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We overfilled the roster.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I found it incredibly helpful and reassuring working with a small, accessible team. I felt we were working together every step of the way, and that my input was heard and included. Enjoyable!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think I've said it already.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of. I wish them every success and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
