The project involved a thorough understanding of our target applicant pool, primary and secondary research to do so. The two key deliverables were: 

1. A research study and recommendation on the state of our application process with a focus on the application form and Ux at that stage 
2. Delivering a final product with improved Ux/Ui

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Research-backed study that was delivered in time and was graded as above expectations from all internal stakeholders 
2. Time based deliverable of the application form with all stakeholders being satisfied with the progress 
3. The increase in the % completion of the application form and improved selectivity are yet to be measured

The BRND Studio teams key strength is project management. They worked like an extension of our team. 

• There was frequent communication, a google chat group created and email which was used as the means of communication. They also set up recurring meetings as per the need and levereaged these spaces very well. 
• Their tools were easy to use and they also adapted to some ways of working that we preferred- such as using Zoom calls 
• They delivered every single outcome in time in spite of us working with extremely tight and competing timelines They are a highly professional, timely group of individuals who are also very competent atwhat they do and delivered products of the highest quality

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As mentioned, their professionalism yet ease of working with them and integrating into our work and values was much appreciated. This was seen of every person working on the project and they delivered products of the highest quality.

We found their pricing to be on the higher side (but they also deliver products that are of great quality)
