We built an app that connected parents phones with their kids phones and allowed the parents phone to control the use of the child phone while the child phone is moving (driving specifically).

Complete building of a working app including payments, customer support, platform communications, troubleshooting, etc.

Immediate response on all items. Rolland's followup is incredible.  He stays in constant contact on any issue that may arrise.

They are extremely detail-oriented, and the company follow-up is top-notch.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something BrixTec Web Solutions could have done differently?

The Brix-tec team is great to work with, I gave them full permission to make changes so things wouldn't slow things down every time there was a minor issue.  Sometimes they would wait for my input when it wasn't really needed.  They just wanted to be sure that they didn't overstep, so I appreciate that, but occasionally would slow down the development.
